Sleep on It

Learning a new task? Take a nap and your brain will lock in what you've learned.

People that took a 90-minutue snooze after learning something new performed 50 percent better than the napless group in a Harvard study.

The researchers found that the information was fresh because those who slept were not distracted or disrupted by incoming visual stimuli.
